The Escrow Service is a mandatory transaction facilitation mechanism designed to structure and support secure transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
DealBaron is not a licensed escrow agent, financial institution, payment service provider, or trustee.
The term “Escrow Service” is a commercial designation used within the platform and does not imply a regulated escrow or financial service.
